TALISMAN SPIRITS is hell-bent on bringing new flavors to the marketplace via new and exciting alcoholic beverages, courtesy of Butch Heilshorn and Patrick Rowan. Expect our first product, Monsieur Jean Vert Absinthe, to hit stores in late fall’19. We are currently distilling on a lovely copper Portuguese alembic still housed at Plaice Cove Spirits in North Hampton NH. Long-term goals are to operate out of a location in the seacoast area of NH/ME which will house production space, a retail area as well as an intimate bar by early 2020. Additional recipes are currently in development for Amari, bitters and gin—for starters.
